old daughter Jennifer discover gold dust. Ben claims the land, and prospectors start flocking in. Two months later Rumson has a population of 400 men. Songs include “Paint Your Wagon,” “They Call the Wind Mariah,” “I Talk to the Breeze,” and “There’s a Coach Comin’ In.”
