Time: 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Location: Yuba City Charter School, 256 Wilbur Ave., Yuba City
Performances: March 28 through April 20, 2025
Five Available Roles:
- MALE 2 Age: (40-60) Characters Include: Touchstone (As You Like It), Falstaff (Merry Wives of Windsor), Toby Belch (Twelfth Night); and Baptista (Taming of the Shrew)
- FEMALE 2 Age: (40-60) Characters Include: Wall (Pyramus & Thisbe), Henry V, Mistress Page (Merry Wives of Windsor); and Maria (Twelfth Night)
- MALE 3 Age: (16-25) Characters Include: Hamlet, Claudio (Much Ado About Nothing) Master Page (Merry Wives of Windsor); and Malvolio (Twelfth Night)
- FEMALE 3 Age: (16-25) Characters Include: Rosalind (As You Like It), Hero (Much Ado About Nothing), Bianca (Taming of the Shrew); and Viola (Twelfth Night)
- FEMALE 4/ STAGE MANAGER Age: (40-65) Characters Include: Moonshine (Pyramus & Thisbe) & various lines and stage manager responsibilities throughout the show (Moving set pieces, handling props, costume quick changes, etc.)
No prepared audition pieces are required, but Shakespearean sonnets and/or comedic Shakespeare monologues are welcome!!!
